What’s Happening in August?

  • Learning Labs: Electricity
    Tuesday, August 5th. 2:30-4:00 PM
    For ages 7-12. Registration required.
    We will be learning about circuits and making our own lightbulbs.
  • Paws-to-Read
    Wednesday, August 6th. 6:30-7:30 PM
    Participants must be able to read independently. Registration required.
  • Engineering with GoldiBloxgoldiblox 013
    Tuesday, August 12th. 3:00-4:00 PM
    For ages 4-7, accompanied by an adult caregiver. Registration required.
    GoldiBlox is a toy set designed to teach young children spatial and verbal skills. We will be pairing two children up, with their caregivers, to work through a story book which provides puzzles and directions for the child to build a simple machine.
  • 3,2,1..Act!vate Storytime
    Wednesday, August 13th. 3:00-4:30 PMactibate
    Families welcome. No registration necessary!
    Come here professional actors tell two funny folktales using props, American Sign Language, and audience participation!
