How to Catch a Mouse: Simple Machines at Work

jungle jim manningNo plans for February vacation? Come have fun and learn with us at the library!

February 18, 3-4 pm
Cole Room

This 45-minute show combines math, science, and art to teach kids how simple machines work using balloons! Jim Manning, “Jungle Jim”, has twisted balloons since he was 19, even using them as a learning tool teaching ESL in South Korea. He has been entertaining families and children in New England for over a decade! No registration necessary just show up! While the show is geared towards children grades K-5 we encourage anyone interested to attend.

You can see more information at Jungle Jim’s website.

This program is supported in part by a grant form the Medway Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
